Many people watching the video said that it is Criminal !!!
They are 100% correct, it requires a constitutional challenge under section 100 , Our Government is in breach of our own constitution, what they are doing is Criminal we just need to prove it in a court of law.
“The Commonwealth shall not by any rule or regulation of trade or commerce, abridge the right of the State, or the residents therein, to the reasonable use of the waters of rivers for conservation or irrigation”
Would anyone like to help me raise a constitutional challenge against our government ?
